Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
All orders will be processed within 5-8 working days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Time
International shipping delivery time:
- Europe: 7–18 working days
- North America: 8–22 working days
- Other countries: 10–25 working days
Shipping delays caused by customs clearance, weather or logistics are beyond our control.

3. Customs & Duties
All import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees are borne by the buyer. We are not responsible for any destination country tariff charges, customs detention or tax disputes.

4. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided for you to monitor delivery status.

5. Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to suspend shipping to high-risk countries or regions due to logistics restrictions.
