Return and Refund Policy

1.Damaged or Faulty Products:

a. If you receive a damaged or defective product,please first contact our service team to inform us of the quantity of damage and provide some photos of the damaged product along with pictures of the received packaging.
b. You must report the issue within 5 days from the date of receipt in order to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

2.Unboxing Video Requirement:

a. To validate that the product was damaged during transportation, customers are required to take an unboxing video upon receiving their new product.
b. This video should clearly show the packaging and the condition of the product upon opening.

Refusal of Returns or Exchanges

While we strive to accommodate all returns and exchanges,we reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange at our discretion.This may occur in cases where the product has been damaged,used,or is not in its original condition.And no refund or replacement requests will be accepted after 10 days from the delivery date.We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
